Shipping Policy:
TheLavishLuxx Business Inc. has a strict 2-4 business days processing time for your order to make sure packaged is adequately packaged and cared for. This is saying that your order will be established but it will take 2-4 business days to be shipped and fulfilled. After that give your order time to arrive. Please make sure that your information when checking out is all correct! If you had put the wrong address information you will have to pay a shipping fee for products to be resent.
Lost Or Damaged Package:
We DO NOT refund or replace lost/damaged packages. After your package is no longer under my care, I do not have control over what happens after. In the unfortunate development that your package does get lost or arrives damaged, you need to contact the post office for your refund
Return Or Exchange Policy:
There are completely no returns on products. If your products arrive in poor condition, please email me with pictures and we will kindly and professionally work something out with you. If you have a problem or issue with your order, I cannot exchange or refund your purchase after 2 weeks of obtaining it, I can not exchange nor refund your purchase.
